Even the house from outside looks terrible it was really good equipt inside. Very clean and tidy. It was close to all sightseeing locations, was close to main roads comming to the city and had good parking option in this nightmire of driving habits in Napoli. Very friendly staff. Really value for the money we paid.
    Negative:
It’s not that we did not like it, but it was really difficult to find, as the have numbers of the houses one afher another, not as in other cities.

This is a small hotel in a perfect location. It is located in the center of the city with only 5 minutes from the train station and airport express. Service was very helpful and kind-hearted. Rooms are very clean with a good sound isolation. Also staff provided free pampers and small bad for our baby. We would definitively choose this hotel when visiting Naples next time.

The hotel owner and her son are lovely people. I was late due to a train delay and they were happy waiting (they live opposite the B&B). They upgraded my room for free, and responded to my request for a quiet (as possible) room. The room was large and clean, the bathroom excellent. They gave excellent advice on what to see in Napoli, giving me a lot of tourist information, including a map. I got to choose what I wanted for breakfast and it was delivered promptly each morning to my room. The owner even ordered my pizza for me one night so i didnt need to go outside. The hotel is both safe and easy to find.
    Negative:
The location initially is a bit of a shock, the streets around the station dont look the safest, nor are they very clean. However, i never had a problem finding and reaching the hotel. The noise was minimal inside, and security excellent.

    1. Very near Napoli central train station, so it’s within walking distance to and from the hotel. 2. The breakfast served was good. Room was clean, tidy and spacious (we booked a One Bedroom Apartment). 3. Patricia (hope I got her name correct), was very helpful. Despite the fact that she did not speak English very well (and we had a difficult time trying to understand her), she did her best to attend to our needs.
    Negative:
    1. Being near central train station, the surroundings were pretty rowdy and messy. Have to be extra careful if travelling around at night (travelling alone is strongly discouraged). 2. Hotel can be difficult to locate at first (it was actually parked next to Western Union). 3. Lift up to the hotel is small. So have to squeeze in especially with all our luggages. 4. Radiator not working, so can be pretty cold (even after we had shut all the windows). 5. Water heater not working on first usage. But it was working just fine after that. 6. No basic toiletries like cups, toothbrush, etc. (but towels, toilet rolls were provided). For us it was alright since we brought most of our own toiletries. No kettle to boil hot water too (we did request for two kettles later on, since the first one was not clean). 7. WiFi signal extremely weak from our room.
