The location is very dangerous, Scary to come back home at night. The hotel is on the six floor without elevator. The hotel has no parking the garage is in 5-10 minutes from the hotel. The conditioner is very small for the room. The temperature of the water was changing 3 times in a minute from very hot to very cold and it was really impossible to wash. We ordered a 4 person room, but received a 3 person room with extra bed, that is why the space of the room was not enough. Not a hotel, but a school of survival.

7-th floor without an elevator, broken TV and conditioner, noisy all the night and early morning, the owner was late and did not speak English. It was promised to chagne the room, but the the owner did not appear any more.

Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! La camera era molto carina, pulita e confortevole. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, perché mi ha permesso di lasciare il bagaglio anche dopo aver effettuato il check out. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli, tornerò sicuramente al Guest House Rosy!!

Il quartiere non è dei più belli, vista la vicinanza con la stazione,però non ho avuto nessun problema anche quando sono rientrata un po’ più tardi la sera. La mia camera si trovava al 5 piano senza ascensore, ma ciò non è stato un fastidio, un po’ di esercizio fisico fa sempre bene!!

La disponibilità dell’unico proprietario. Posso solo dire che il prezzo era fissato in 28 euro ma ne ha presi 30. Per 2 euro nessuna questionme ovviamente, solo la mancanza di garbo. Di fatto non ho visto l’hotel ma un unico proprietario che mi ha accompagnato in una casa privata dotata di un monolocale, confortevole, soppalcato, con reolari servizi igienici, cucina con provviste in frigo e nella cucina stessa. Credo potrebbe essere un alloggio, piu’ che un hotel, confortevole e pulito, adatto per una o piu’ persoene che vorrebbero soggiornare anche per un lungo periodo
