The staff are very pleasent and helpful. The location is good because it is near the central station, but this part of Napoli is not as clean. Any way, good value for that money because we only have taken a shower and sleep, and spent all day out.

Big sign, easy to find from via Casanova. Computer access in upstairs lobby. Clean room and bath was fine. Good price, close to train station.

Back way in off Via Venezia is a little sketchy at night.

I liked very much the professionalism of the people working here and the way they treated me. I felt like a family member and also again I would like to emphasize their highest professinalism and I am deeply satisfied with their services. You can hardly find in the tourism business people with their professional skills and when I will come back to Naples, I will definetely stay at this wonderful hotel and these wonderful people again. Their explanations about the touristic objectives of Naples were very precise and they also directed me to the best places to visit during my stay here. Also, I am very happy that I came in this fascinant city and now I deeply understand why it is being said vedi napoli and puoi mori! But I do not intend to die now, I hope to vome at least one more time in Naples and its great people!

Giuseppe, the owner, is so nice and helpful! The room was clean, good towels, got clean ones every day. Free wifi and computer in the common room. Ac worked great. Near the train station. Greatest bakery right next door for breakfast!

The area is a bit sketchy at night, the mattress is a bit hard and the walls are very thin, we sometimes got woken up by people talking loudly.
