Positive:
Location, relaxing atmosphere, very good room on the 10th Floor. Overall a good weekend experience.
Negative:
Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would have beeen nice but not essential.
Positive:
The location was excellent. Staff was friendly and professional. The lock on my room’s door broke during my stay and I was immediately given a larger room at no additional cost to me. The restaurant at the hotel prepares great dishes and excellent breakfast.
Negative:
The hotel restaurant was rather expensive. The Wi-fi is also rather expensive.
Positive:
Excellent location. Overlooks the marina and castle. Panoramic view of the bay of Naples. The road outside is closed to traffic and is police controlled so is very quiet compared to the din in the rest of Naples. Plenty of restuarants nearby and only a short stroll to the centre of town. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
Negative:
Being a big hotel, you do not get the ‘small & friendly’ feel and staff seem more interested in pandering to the business and conference guests.
Positive:
Nice that it is on a Pedestrian ony street and therefore is a quiet get- away. Beautiful sunsets. Terrific view of Capri.
Negative:
Had to constantly ask for 30 min credits for internet access….would have prefered wireless access in room….even for a daily fee.
Positive:
Location
Negative:
The triple room was quite small in size. Furniture looked very cheap. Minibar in the room was looking as if procured from cheap vendor. TV is very small. Very limited choices for food at breakfast. The hotel is apparently rated 4 Star, but I would not give more than 2 Stars for this hotel.
Positive:
Excelent view of the sea and a small castle
Negative:
Dont expect too much.
Positive:
Hotel in lovely location, rooms ok, great views, breakfast good, dinner expensive when they have so much competition locally.
Negative:
felt rather tired to be honest, staff a bit disinterested, particularly on reception. More could be made of that marvellous dining room. Just felt as though the hotel had seen better days, I would have been very disappointed if I had been on a romantic weekend, felt too much like a business hotel.
Positive:
I liked the view of the Castella dell’Ovo.
Negative:
The room decor was depressing and the art was just bad. The room smelled very unfresh – smokey and stale. It did not feel as luxurious as the website made it appear.
Positive:
Staff very courteous, use of free wifi very useful
