Positive:
The location was excellent as we had business to take care of at the us Consulate. There were many restaurants to chose from for dinner. If you like exercise, you won’t mind walking up FIVE flights of stairs as there isn’t an elevator. Small kitchenette for cooking your own meals. Small refrigerator.
Negative:
The business does not have a reception area so we had to wait outside on the steps for about an hour for someone to arrive to check us in at 2pm. We had to park quite a distance as there isn’t any place to park at the apartment. There is a public garage but it was closed until 5pm. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. Everything was old and outdated. Sheets were left on a pull-out bed for us to make. It was an old, broken frame. The stairs going upstairs were very narrow and hard to maneuver. Not a room for the elderly or small children. The bed upstairs was two twin beds pushed together. They wouldn’t stay together and one of the frames was broken. Everyday we had to request towels; the last day we didn’t get any fresh towels for showers. The shower was downstairs and the toilet upstairs. The room was not cleaned by staff the four days that we stayed there.
Positive:
I loved it here! I had no problems with the staff or facilities! The location is great bcuz it is right next to the beautiful water. The location is farther away from tourist sites but if you follow the Riveria then you will get there in no time. I think this place is more comfortable than a hotel and you definitely get your moneys worth!
Negative:
Really just get a map. Especially since Naples is huge! Really it will help for this location. If you are only wanting to see tourist sites maybe pick somewhere else. But this place is great bcuz you aren’t next to the dirty part of the city by the train station but the beautiful part. The real Naples

These people are more interested in the money than providing good accommodation to travellers. The two of us had to share one towel for 2 nights and the kitchen is not appointed well.
Positive:
The apartment was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The wi- fi worked only on two of our phones simultaneously, but it had some slight problems now and then.
Negative:
First of all it was a little hard to find, until a local lady brought us to the building. We had to walk up four/five flights of stairs (no elevator), and that’s not fun when you have luggage, even if you’re young and strong. We arrived in the evening, and knocked and rang at the door many times until one of the people who rented one of the apartments there came out and told us that no staff was there (there’s no reception). He told us there’s nothing he can do and that we should leave. We almost thought of just booking some place else but he was nice enough to call Manuel the owner from his phone, and in a few minutes a lady came from outside and and let us in. She was nice, but only later at night did we find out she forgot to bring us a third cover with the other sheets, so one of us used a sheet as a cover. In the morning Manuel came over and he was very nice, and he apologized for last night.
