Nicely located: close to the harbour, walking distance to the park on the seaside on one sdie and Piazza Trieste and Trento on the other side. Friendly staff. Old building: nice ambiance, high ceiling, nice room with a small balcony amd a minimal kitchen. Italian coffee machine and water machine in the hallway. Would go again!
Negative:
Room a bit small for 4 with one hide a bed (probalby better for 2 children then adults). Noisy toilet flush and slow drain (goes with the old building)

El hotel es una buena sorpresa en Napoles. El hotel es hermoso , muy bien decorado y las habitaciones amplias y tiene todo lo necesario incluso una cocineta que puedes utilizar y comprar lo que necesites en el supermercado que queda al otro lado de la calle.

No hay transporte que te deje cerca desde la estacion central asi que toca caminar unas cuadras desde donde te dejan o hacer cambio de buses ( lo cual es dificil si no conoces la ciudad), es dificil encontrarlo en la calle ya que solo se ve un porton grande y en la entrada debes coger un elevador que te deja en el piso del hotel, pero ya adentro es una gran sorpresa.

Viehättävä, siisti pikkuhotelli kerrostalon kolmannessa kerroksessa. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Huoneissa jääkaappi ja keittolevy, joten pitempikin oleskelu on mahdollista. Loistava sijainti korttelin päässä Partenopen rantakadun loistohotelleista ja lähellä kantosiipialusten satamaa, mutta alueella, joka elää omaa elämäänsä turismista riippumatta. Lähistöllä kauppoja ja edullisia ravintoloita. Löytö!

Sisäänkäyntiä oli vaikea tunnistaa osoitteesta huolimatta – kadulla ei näkynyt hotellin kylttiä, mutta talon asukkaat neuvoivat oikeaan kerrokseen. Hotellissa ei ollut wifi-yhteyttä.

администратор – очень приветливая женщина из украины надя. отель рядом с набережной. комната чистая. в холле есть автомат с эспрессо из пакетов.

во-первых, это единственный отель, который списал деньги с карты за 10 дней до заселения, и за 8 дней до окончания срока бесплатной отмены бронирования!!! да еще и название было другое, пришлось заблокировать карту. масса неудобств. завтрак отсутствует, как класс. вообще, отель – это этаж жилого дома, просто комнаты с ванными. окна во двор-колодец.

Nous avons aimé,la gentillessse de l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel et aussi de son efficacité . En arrivant nous avons été surpris par l’entrée de cet immeuble ,dans le fond d’une cour triste et vétuste pas très bien entretenue, mais nous avons découvert après ,une ,très belle chambre bien décorée où il ne manquait rien .. Des petits plus dans la chambre en arrivant font que l’on se sente bien accueillie .T rès bon séjour .

Notre 3eme visite a Naples, nous avons testé tous types d hotel, du b&b chez l habitant au palace en bord de mer. Cette pension se trouve au coeur de Naples dans le quartier des plus beaux hôtels proche du bord de mer et du Castel del uovo à 2mns à pied de la piazza del plebiscito. Personnel tres accueillant et parle francais si besoin. Pas de petit dejeuner de prévu mais machine à café à disposition. Wifi dans les chambres, Tv France 24 (rare). Rapport qualité prix excellent, surtout pour l emplacement bref une adresse que nous retiendrons pour une autre escale.

En una palabra: fantástico. Mejor ubicación imposible ya que estaba en una zona céntrica (paseo marítimo) pero sin el agobio del centro, para nosotros eso era importante ya que íbamos en coche. La habitación muy bonita y confortable. Mucho mejor que un hotel convencional.

La gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff. La posizione (splendida) a pochi passi dal celebre lungomare e da Piazza Plebiscito. A disposizione un parcheggio convenzionato a prezzo conveniente. Consigliabile per chi vuole avere i vantaggi dell’albergo senza sopportarne i fastidi! In pratica è un appartamento sito in un palazzo del ’600, con tanto di guardiola del portiere (come ai vecchi tempi). Camera spaziosa, finemente arredata, con angolo cottura, frigorifero e stoviglie. TV LCD. Bagno con phon, box doccia.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo in cui vigeva il blocco traffico (per l’America’s Cup): per noi nessun problema, con la prenotazione le forze dell’ordine ci hanno fatto transitare tutte le volte che abbiamo voluto. E’ da ritenere che in giornate ordinarie lo smog e il rumore non manchino: ma siamo nel pieno centro di una città fra le piu “trafficate” del mondo……
