English: The hotel is comfortable and clean, and very well located in one of the safest and lively areas in the city, very well connected to the most important points in Naples and 15 minutes walk from the sea side. It is in a safe area, where you can also walk at night. It is family owned, and the staff is caring and helpful, they really made me feel at home and managed to accomodate any need/request (for example, I asked for a desk in the room, and in 15 minutes they found me one). The sea view from my room was beautiful, however not all room have sea view so you’d better ask specifically for it. The hotel has some common areas including a terrace, which is very pleasent and where you can also dine. The restaurant, serves delicious fish specialties and you can dine in the terrace or inside, in your room, as they do room service. In short, I would definitely return and I strongly recommend it.
Positive:
Very pleasant room and helpful staff
Positive:
We arrived hours before check-in, just to ask if we could leave our luggage for a while until our room would be ready. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a temporary room to relax and refresh, plus a free (and good) breakfast as well. I have seldom received such a warm welcome in many years of frequent travel. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and professional, the room (#206) was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice view. It really makes you wonder what is better, a 3 star hotel with great service, or an impersonal 5 star hotel that does as instructed (but nothing more). Highly recommended.
Negative:
No disappointments. Just be aware that the flip-side of the great view is that the hotel is located up a hill with a narrow footpath (which dogs also seem to favour). So, if you are planning to use public transport with heavy suitcases, it will be a bit of a challenge (but taxi’s are quite affordable). Oh, and the trip back up from the shops, restaurants and bars down in Chiaia is a ‘sobering’ experience, which is actually a good thing bearing in mind the portions of food you get served in Napoli.
Positive:
but even this way, we always got what we needed. Thank you again Raffaelo for everything! Otherwise, the hotel is in a nice huge renovated villa. Great location, very vivid and nice part of the city. Very spacious, not luxurious but comfortable and clean rooms with soundproof windows. The view was great. The bathrooms are nothing special, but everything worked perfectly and there was water pressure which is not so obvious in South Italy. The breakfast was also good, though do not expect real continental sweedish table. They serve not only prepacked sweets, there is bread, butter, cheese etc which is really uncommon in Italy. We definitely recommend this place for travellers looking for quality accomodation for a decent price! Excellent value for money.
The best in this hotel was that no matter what we asked for, it was solved. We were quite problematic, with medical problems and lots of extra needs. Because of a sickness, we had to spent almost our entire stay in the hotel. Upon request we got a warmer room, carpets because the floor was cold, taxi in the middle of night to rush to the pharmacy, breakfast and dinner in the room almost every day without extra charges, a doctor who asked for no money and above all an always helpful attitude and smile. The staff doesn’t really speak English (except for Guido
Positive:
It is a pleasant hotel with good services, kind staff and excellent public transport possiblities nearby. If we return to Napoli we will not search for any other hotel:) visit them!
Positive:
Vey nice staff. They were very accommodating.
Positive:
We realy enjoed staing here. Not bad district – near old city, good service and stilised italian furniture of 19 sentury. Not far away from metro station and funicular, about five minutes on foot.
Negative:
But two bad thing – not good sewage and durty streets of Napoly.
Positive:
Negative:
Positive:
Negative:
Positive:

Negative:
